    Description

This service focuses on maintaining the plant pot’s drainage system. A specialist visits to inspect the drainage holes at the bottom of each pot for blockages, clearing away accumulated soil, sediment, and old root matter. For plants with poor drainage, a layer of expanded clay pebbles or crushed stone is placed at the bottom of the pot to create extra drainage space.

Any standing water in the saucer is checked for and promptly emptied and wiped dry. For setups using an inner liner pot, the inner pot is removed so that any accumulated grime inside the outer pot can be cleaned away before the inner pot is put back in place. This ensures that excess water drains away smoothly after watering and does not stagnate near the root system.

This service is performed monthly as a fundamental measure to prevent root rot. Although simple, consistent practice significantly reduces the risk of root problems caused by poor drainage.
