Description
This service offers support when you purchase new plants or receive them as gifts. A specialist visits to inspect the seedling’s root system and the quality of the existing soil, determining whether immediate repotting is necessary. If repotting is required, we prepare suitable containers and fresh soil, perform the potting process on-site, and thoroughly water the plant to settle the roots.
After repotting, the plant is placed in an appropriate location for acclimatization, and you are briefed on key care instructions for the following week. Three days later, a specialist will return to check how the plants are recovering from transplant shock; once it is confirmed that there is no wilting or leaf drop, normal maintenance routines will gradually resume.
This service also includes guidance on the initial fertilization of new plants, clearly specifying when to begin and which fertilizers to use. This ensures the new plants safely navigate their acclimatization period and successfully integrate into your home environment.
