Description
This service focuses on the potting soil—the foundation of plant growth. During visits, specialists check for soil compaction, use a small rake to lightly loosen the topsoil and break up any hard crusts, and improve soil aeration. We also ensure the drainage holes at the bottom of the pot remain clear, removing any accumulated silt or debris.
We assess the soil’s moisture levels to determine if the soil mix needs adjustment. For plants with stunted growth, we partially replace the top layer of nutrient-rich soil to replenish humus, without disturbing the main root system, thereby avoiding the risks associated with repotting.
This plan also includes a comprehensive quarterly soil assessment, recording changes in soil structure and color to detect issues like salt accumulation or acidification early on. You will be informed of the soil’s current condition after each service, keeping you fully updated.
